JUNIORS

The children continue to develop their language and mathematical skills to a high standard. By working at their own pace, each child is encouraged to achieve his or her full potential. They work with confidence and consequently reach a high academic standard.

We encompass the National Curriculum using traditional methods. In addition to the core subjects each child learns IT Skills using a variety of computers. French, Music, Swimming, Sport and educational visits add to a varied timetable. The children are encouraged to think of others and we support the Macmillan Nurses and the Royal National Lifeboat Institution on a regular basis.

Our basic learning programme is reinforced by promoting awareness of current topical issues such as the Millennium Dome and Chinese New Year.
